Founders & CEOs

In 1974, Atlanta natives Cheryl and Henry Daniel launched their staffing journey with Labor King Temporary Services to meet the growing need for warehouse and manufacturing employees. By 1992, they incorporated Top Notch Personnel, Inc., building a reputation as trusted leaders in light industrial and manufacturing staffing — including warehousing, equipment and plastics, welding, and forklift operations.

For more than 50 years, Top Notch has expanded its reach across Georgia counties including Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Cobb, Henry, Hall, Barrow, Clarke, Habersham, and Oconee. Guided by Henry’s vision and Cheryl’s commitment to people, the company has fostered a culture of respect, integrity, and opportunity. Natalie Daniel

Vice President of Operations

Natalie Daniel is the Vice President of Operations at Top Notch Personnel, where she has been a driving force for over 16 years. A graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University with a degree in Business Administration, she furthered her expertise with UGA courses in Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Passionate about helping people find meaningful employment, Natalie combines strategy with care to build lasting client relationships and lead her team with vision. Before joining Top Notch, she worked as a General Manager, sharpening the leadership skills that fuel her success today. A former three-time All-American soccer player as well as being inducted into the SAC Hall of Fame, she brings the same grit and teamwork from the field into the business world. Her commitment to excellence continues to elevate Top Notch Personnel’s mission of connecting great people with great opportunities.

Linda Belden

Gainesville Branch Manager

With over 20 years in staffing, management, recruiting, and sales — including 16 with Top Notch Personnel — Linda Belden has built a career rooted in integrity and service. As Branch Manager of our Gainesville office, she brings expertise in business development and recruiting, partnering with companies of all sizes to deliver effective staffing solutions.

Known for staying ahead with innovative recruiting strategies, Linda is passionate about building lasting relationships based on respect and communication. Her goal is simple: to connect businesses with top talent while creating partnerships that lead to mutual success.

Alex Sanz

Athens/Statham Branch Manager

Alex Sanz brings over 22 years of staffing experience to her role as Branch Manager at Top Notch Personnel. For the past 18 years, she has been a driving force in onsite management, recruiting, and client support, helping both businesses and job seekers achieve long-term success.

As a bilingual leader, Alex has built her career on dedication, integrity, and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities. Atlanta Branch Manager

Tabitha Estes joined Top Notch Personnel in 2021, bringing hands-on experience in warehousing and leadership as an EVS Lead in healthcare. With a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, she quickly became a vital part of the team.

Leveraging her background in warehousing and manufacturing, Tabita leads with confidence and a team-first mindset. Trained in recruiting and account management, she ensures clients and candidates receive exceptional service while mentoring her team for success. Karina Soto

Recruiter

Karina brings over 15 years of experience in warehousing and manufacturing, giving her unique insight into operations, production, and logistics. As one of Top Notch Personnel’s top recruiters, she connects highly qualified candidates with opportunities that exceed client expectations.

With a background in church ministry, Karina leads with a heart for service and a passion for helping others. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she has been a valued member of the Top Notch team for three years, providing personalized support and making a meaningful impact on candidates and clients alike.
